Beautyworld Middle East, Dubai, April 15-17, 2019

 

 

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

We are pleased to inform you that CHEMEXCIL will be organizing India pavilion in the Beauty World Middle East Exhibition, to be held from April 15-17, 2019 at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Dubai, UAE.

 

It is the largest International Trade fair for Beauty products, hair, fragrances and wellness which is spread in an area of 61,072 sqm. It has evolved steadily into a one stop representation of the global beauty fragrances and wellness industry and has played a pivotal role in their growth and development.

 

Beauty World 2018 had presence of more than 1738 exhibitors and more than 36,394 business visitors visited the event.     It is a leading trade show for Cosmetics, Beauty Products, Fragrances, Wellness and SPAs industry in the Middle East region.

 

Dubai today is a very essential regional hub between Asia, Europe and Gulf. Traditionally, it has been a popular base for many enterprising Indian businessmen and traders. Beauty and personal care is a massive market in Middle East particularly for international cosmetics and toiletries manufacturers with UAE and Saudi Arabia in the Gulf leading the way in terms of market size.   This is the only exhibition for trade which attracts business visitors from the Gulf Cooperation Council and other Middle East countries. Dubai continues to be the India's trading partner. The beauty and personal care market in UAE, and Middle East, in general, is characterized by the international brands, youthful population, substantial disposable income and expanding retail landscape. Beauty world Middle East offers a horizon to meet new business partners, find new market, enhance market and sales share and cultivate new business opportunities.

 

The Middle East and Africa region is currently the world's fastest growing market for fragrances, hair care, colour cosmetics, skin care, men's grooming spa and wellness and its overall beauty and personal care market is expected to be worth US $ 34.7 billion by 2020.

 

Exhibition Profile:-

Hair nail accessories, cosmetics, shampoos, hair drying attire, nail care accessories, skin care products, nail design, anti-aging products, facial care makeup, slimming treatment, incense sticks, perfumed candles, fragrance oil, room fragrances, tanning products, dental whitening products, bottles, jars, sprays, caps , aerosols, dispensers, label, packaging machinery, wrapping material, essential oil, UV filters, thickeners, emulsifiers, machines for spa, fixture fittings, ear piercing, massage beds, machines and accessories etc.

 

Participation Charges:-

 

The booths are available in the modules of 6 / 9 sqm and the Floor Plan is attached. The subsidized participation charges under MAI support for a Booth of 9sqm (shell scheme with display aids and spot lights) will be Rs.2,70,000/- and for a Booth of 6sqm (shell scheme with display aids and spot lights) will be Rs. 1,80,000/- (@ Rs 30,000 per sq.mtrs.). There will be additional 10% charges for a corner booth and the same will be offered on first come first serve basis.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR SUBSIDIZED STALL RATES / REIMBURSEMENT OF AIRFARE AS PER MAI SCHEME

 

•         As per the MAI guidelines only one Director / Partner / Proprietor of the company is eligible to get the airfare reimbursement by economy class.
•       

As per the Revised MAI guidelines of the Ministry, a company that has participated THRICE in a particular fair will not be eligible for subsidized stall rates / reimbursement of airfare and hence, would be required to pay the full cost of stall.
•       

Members who have participated in two exhibitions through CHEMEXCIL in the same financial year under MAI scheme will not be eligible for subsidized stall rates / reimbursement of airfare. In such eventuality, the company will have to pay the full cost of stall.
•       

The participating company should be a Member of the Council at least for a period of 12 Months, for claiming airfare.
•       

For reimbursement of airfare, export turnover of the participating company in the immediate preceding year should not be more than Rs 30 Crores. In case the turnover is more than 30 crs then member will get the subsidised stall charges subject to fulfilling of above condition but they will not get the reimbursement of airfare.
•       

The Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MoC&I) has "in principle" approved the reimbursement of Airfare to the Member-Exporters participating in this exhibition. The reimbursement will be done as per the terms and conditions laid down by the MoC&I under old MDA Scheme and after receipt of funds from the ministry.
•       

The participating company should submit export returns to the Council regularly.

 

As on date, CHEMEXCIL Booths No. 03, 04, 05, 07, 09 &10 are already booked / blocked and the Booths No. 01, 02, 06 & 08 are available for booking.

 

Since the stalls are limited, booking will be done on first come first serve basis. kindly consider and confirm your participation by return mail and release the payment urgently towards stall charges by RTGS / NEFT / Cheque in favour of CHEMEXCIL as per the details given below.
