Dear Members,

This is in continuation of our recent circular informing you about DGFT Trade Notice No. 12/2019-20 dated 13/05/2019  regarding  Discontinuing submission of physical copy of RCMCs with effect from 01.07.2019  while filing application for incentives/entitlements under FTP.

In order to improve ease of doing business and reduce transaction cost,  it has been decided by O/o DGFT  to discontinue the requirement of submission of physical copy of the RCMC with effect from 01.07.2019. The validity of RCMCs will be checked directly from the DGFT's data base which has the uploaded data of RCMCs from EPCs.  All exporters have been  advised to ensure that their valid RCMCs are duly uploaded by their respective EPCs in the DGFT server.    

In this regard,  as per updates on DGFT site, exporters can check availability of RCMC data using below path-

All EPCs have also been requested to ensure that their latest data regarding RCMCs is uploaded in the DGFT server urgently and also on a regular basis so that exporters are not put to any disadvantages in availing incentives/entitlements.

Members are requested to take note of  the same and do the needful CHECK using  above path.
