Extension of Integrated Good and Service Tax (IGST) and Compensation cess exemption under
Advance Authorisation, EPCG and EOU scheme up to 30.06.2022

Dear Members,
As informed vide our recent circular, O/o Directorate General of Foreign Trade has issued Notification/ PNs respectively, regarding Extension of validity of FTP and HBP 2015-20 up-to 30.09.2022.
In continuation of the same, O/o DGFT has issued Notification No. 66/2015-20 dated 1st April, 2022 regarding Extension of Integrated Good and Service Tax (IGST) and Compensation cess exemption under Advance Authorisation, EPCG and EOU scheme up to 30.06.2022.
Effect of this Notification: Para 4.14, Para 5.01(a) and Para 6.01(d)(ii) of FTP 2015-20 are amended.
Members are requested to take note of the same and do the needful accordingly. The said extension Notification is available on below link for ready reference-
