The O/o DGFT has issued Trade Notice no. 28/2021-2022 dated 31.12.2021 regarding Online Applications for EODC/closure under Advance Authorization Scheme (AAS) -Option to file manual applications.

We understand that, in view of difficulties expressed by Advance Authorization (AA) holders in their representations and also to ease process of filing of applications for closure of Advance authorizations, it has been decided to give an option to file manual/physical EODC applications for all such AAs, which have been issued prior to 01.12.2020.

Exporters have also been requested to update EODC/Closure status of earlier issued AAs in the online system by 31.3.2022  (Go to DGFT Website under Services → AA/DFIA → ‘Manual EODC Status Update”)

Member-exporters  (AA Holders)  are requested to take note  and do the needful accordingly. For further details, members can refer to the said  Trade Notice  which is available for  download from link below:
