Amendments in the Guidelines of ANF-4F of Handbook of Procedures 2015-2020
(e-BRC for cases of export to OFAC Listed Countries)

Dear Members,
We would like to inform you that O/o Directorate General of Foreign Trade has issued Public Notice No. 50 /2015-2020 dated 17th March 2022 regarding Amendments in the Guidelines of ANF-4F of Handbook of Procedures 2015-2020.
As you are aware, at times it becomes difficult when export is to OFAC listed Countries. As part of the requirement for redemption of Advance Authorization (Chapter 4) exporters are required to submit e-BRC for Redemption / EODC purpose.
Now, vide the amendment, DGFT has provided option to submit FIRC along with Self declaration for export to OFAC listed countries where e-BRC could not be generated by concerned bank.
