Dear Member,

This is to inform members that the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, has issued Notification No. 21/2026-27 dated 29th June 2026, extending the eligibility timelines under Component II of the Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM).  The notification has been issued in view of the continuing logistics disruptions arising from the West Asia Crisis, with the objective of supporting Indian exporters and ensuring uninterrupted export operations.

DGFT has amended Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated 19.03.2026 relating to the RELIEF Scheme. As per the amendment:

• The eligibility period under Component II has been extended up to 30th September 2026.
• The extension applies to shipments meant for delivery or transshipment under the RELIEF intervention.

Members may note that all other provisions of Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated 19.03.2026 remain unchanged.

The DGFT Notification is enclosed for the reference of members.
