The O/o Directorate General of Foreign Trade, New Delhi has issued Public Notice No. 01/2023-24 dated 17th April 2023, regarding procedure for applying for Amnesty scheme for one-time settlement of default in export obligation by Advance and EPCG authorization holders.

The detailed application procedure is mentioned in attached file.

Member-exporters are requested to take note of it and do the needful.
