As per recent updates on  Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) site,  oral hearings through DVC  are scheduled shortly  for some items related to chemical sector.

1.  Oral hearing in Anti-Dumping investigation concerning imports of "Choline Chloride in all forms" originating in or exported from China PR, Malaysia and Vietnam
