Dear Sir/ Madam,

The Council had appointed two Only Representatives namely, M/s. Sustainability Support Services Europe (AB), Sweden and M/s. REACH LAW LTD, Finland for the compliance of REACH registration of Chemexcil member exporters.

The annual maintenance fees to be paid by our member-exporters to these OR’s for the services provided by them were decided in the various meetings of the REACH committee and it was decided that the annual maintenance fees of OR will be paid by the members to CHEMEXCIL and then Council will transfer the decided amount after deducting the administrative charges to OR after receipt of an invoice from OR. Accordingly both the OR (SSS/RL) initially raised the invoices on the name of Chemexcil and Chemexcil processed their payment as per the REACH committee decision. 

It has been decided by Chairman REACH Committee and Chairman Chemexcil that member exporters can directly transfer OR Annual Maintenance fees to respective Only representative (OR) (M/s. Sustainability Support Services Europe (AB) (SSS), Sweden and M/s. REACH LAW LTD, (RL) Finland) after getting an invoice from them. Therefore member exporters are requested to get in touch with their respective OR’s for their OR annual maintenance fees payment.

All issues between members and OR’s should be resolved mutually and that Chemexcil will have no role in this in future.

Chemexcil will help member exporters to get the REACH registration fees reimbursement from Ministry of Commerce under MAI scheme.
