As informed  earlier,  Hon’ble CIM had  convened a meeting with Export Promotion Councils/ Trade bodies  on Review of Foreign Trade Policy and the performance of EPCs on 19th December, 2019 at Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi.

During the discussions  all EPCs and Commodity Boards were requested to provide data regarding the cases from their exporters where Export Obligation (EO) has remained unfulfilled after expiry of EO period against EPCG authorizations.

In order to collate the data, a Google sheet has been prepared by O/o DGFT HQ.   Relevant members are requested to kindly fill the Google sheet with the data collected in the given format before 31st of December 2019.

Relevant members are requested to do the  needful  submission   before the deadline of 31/12/2019.  You are also requested to  mail the information to the council  on our e-mail id’s ed@chemexcil.gov.in, deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in and rodelhi@chemexcil.gov.in  for records and further follow-ups, if any, with the authorities.
