Please be informed that the inventory compilation under the Technical Regulation on Safety of Chemicals Products TR041 (“Eurasia REACH”) has officially started in Russia (EAEU). The submission window is now open at Governmental Industry Information Exchange Platform “GISP” where Russian companies can register following the instructions athttps://gisp.gov.ru/.

New Official Deadline for Inventory Notification is now May 1, 2020 

First Step towards EURASIA REACH: Make an inventory notification for all chemicals you are placing or planning to place on the EAEU* member-states to qualify as existing/ phase- in chemicals. 

All chemical substances as such or as part of a mixture placed on the Eurasian market are subject to inventory notification. Therefore, all substances, including potential additives etc. and impurities present at a concentration of more than 0.1% (w/w) should be notified. In the case of polymers, monomers and any additives, stabilizers etc. included in the polymer at more than 0.1% (w/w) should be notified. Also, the polymers themselves may be notified as a precaution to keep future regulatory options open.  

Advantage of adding your substance to Inventory:- Once notified, your product will be treated as existing chemical when Eurasia REACH is enforced. If your chemical is not on inventory, it’s a NEW substance and you need to do a Lead Registration case (like EU REACH) in essence before placing it on the market which becomes very expensive and time-consuming process. For all existing chemicals the registration will be quite straightforward.
