Please note that the event is submitted to the Ministry for approval under MAI scheme for the year 2020-21 and Ministry has principally approved this project but final approval is awaited. It may be informed that subject to the approval from the Ministry and quantum of funds approved, the actual participation charges will be informed to the companies.

As we have limited space, allocation of the booths will be on first come first serve basis. IMPORTANT NOTE

MAI subsidy will be provided to a member for a maximum of two MAI events in a financial year. In case you have already participated in two MAI supported events in the current financial year you will not be eligible for the subsidized participation.

3.     Companies who had participated less than 3-times in this event (Past 1 or 2 times) are eligible to get reimbursement of stall charges approximate 1, 00,000 to 1, 25,000/-after the event is over and receipt of MAI grant from Department of Commerce and Industry govt. of India.

4.      Due to limited availability Stalls will be allocated strictly on “First come First serve”basis only subject to receipt of full payment.

5.      MAI Subsidy will be available /approved only to first 20-confirmed exhibitors who had participated less than 3-times in this event.

6.      Companies having export turnover “NIL”are not entitled for any MAI grant. Export turnover of the participating company in the immediate preceding year should not be more than Rs. 30 Crores. In case the turnover is more than 30 crores then members will not get the reimbursement of airfare

7.      As per the MAI guidelines only Director / Partner / Proprietor of the company are eligible to get the airfare reimbursement after completion of the event (Economy class Airfare)

8.      The participating company should be a Member of the Council at least for a period of 12 Months, for claiming airfare.

9.      The reimbursement of Airfare will be made after finalization of accounts in Ministry and subject to receipt of funds from the Govt. of India.

10.    As per the directive of the Ministry of Commerce & Industries, it is mandatory to submit outcome report of the business generated after visiting the above delegation failing which MAI assistance in the next year edition may be refused and The participation in the next year edition would not be granted

11.    The firm should register the tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting application where date of receipt of application by the Council and date of departure is not considered for counting 14 days.

12.    Please send your company profile in attached format toprasad.proj@chemexcil.gov.in  word format to print the catalogue of CHEMEXCIL exhibitors and to send the same to organizer.

“Council will not proceed with the participation in the exhibition held in CHEMSPEC, Europe until the targeted Participants are completed. You are requested to consult with the council before making your final air tickets and hotel bookings for these mentioned events.”

CANCELLATION POLICY

•       In case of any reason of cancellation from members stall charges / participation charges will not be refunded to respective company/Member.

•       If council made payment to vendors and because of unavoidable circumstances, natural calamities the event is cancelled then the stall charges, /participation charges will not be refunded to companies.
 

•       If by any means last moment organizer changes the floor plan during the consolidation process the stall position might change, in such cases cancellation is not allowed council/organizer shall allocate the appropriate space available with the organizer. Exhibitors shall not ask for any refund for the said last minute change.

It is therefore, utmost important that you kindly send us your confirmation along with the advance payment, as to avoid disappointment at the last minute.
