Expression of Interest for Participation in the
8th BEAUTYISTANBUL International Exhibition 2027
to be held from 3–5 June 2027, at TÜYAP Fair Center, Istanbul, Türkiye

Dear Member,
Greetings from CHEMEXCIL!
As part of its export promotion activities for the year 2027–28, CHEMEXCIL is planning to organize India Pavilion at the 8th BEAUTYISTANBUL International Exhibition, TÜYAP Fair Center, Istanbul, Türkiye 2027, to be held on 3–5 June 2027 in Istanbul, Türkiye.
The previous edition of the exhibition attracted 26,596 trade visitors from 167 countries and featured 1,374 exhibitors from 61 countries, underscoring its international reach and importance as a platform for business networking, sourcing, and collaboration in the specialty chemicals sector. These impressive figures reflect the growing significance of international exhibitions in facilitating cross-border partnerships and opening new avenues for trade and investment.
CHEMEXCIL has been participating regularly in BEAUTYISTANBUL International Exhibition, and the exhibition continues to receive an encouraging response from Indian exporters, with increasing participation year on year.
To enable early planning and secure a prime location for the 8th BEAUTYISTANBUL International Exhibition, the Council invites members to convey their participation at the earliest.
Interested members are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) by email to shobha@chemexcil.in and Leeja@chemexcil.in , clearly mentioning their stall requirement, for example: “Interested in booking a ____ sq. m. stall (9, 18, 27 or 36 sq. m.) at BEAUTYISTANBUL International Exhibition 2027.”
Important Note:
• Submission of EOI does not guarantee stall allotment.
• Stall allotment will be subject to availability and Council’s final confirmation.
Members are requested to submit their Expression of Interest on or before 20th November, 2026.
