Extension of Eligibility and Validity Timelines under Component II of RELIEF Intervention up to 31st March 2027 – reg.

Dear Member,
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, vide Notification No. 37/2026-27 dated 30th September 2026, has further amended Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated 19.03.2026, as amended by Notification No. 21/2026-27 dated 29.06.2026, relating to the Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM).
As per the notification, the timeline prescribed under Para 7.2 of the Annexure to Notification No. 65/2025-26 relating to the eligibility and validity criteria under Component II has been extended up to 31st March 2027.
The extension applies to shipments meant for delivery or transshipment under the intervention, with the objective of enhancing utilisation and facilitating trade resilience. Accordingly, the eligibility timelines under Component II of the EPM – RELIEF intervention shall remain available up to 31st March 2027 to support Indian exporters and mitigate logistics challenges arising out of the continuing West Asia Crisis.
