Extension of enforcement date of Quality Control Orders (QCOs)
for 10 Chemicals -regarding

Dear Sir/Madam,
This has reference to our earlier circulars dated 6th January-2023, 21st June 2023 and 26th June 2023 on enforcement date of Quality Control Order of 10 Chemicals during August and September, 2023 - comments from Members -regarding
In this circular we had intimated the enforcement date of Quality Control Order (QCO) of following 10 Chemicals is during the month of August and September, 2023 as under.

Most of members have raised their concern on the said deadline and hence council had sent representation to concerned department requesting to extend this deadline of QCO for above 10-chemicals.
Accordingly, the concerned department has agreed on our request and came out with extension of enforcement date of Quality Control Orders (QCOs) for these 10 Chemicals.
We are in receipt of communication from Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers stating the extension of date of Quality Control Order (QCO) of 10-chenmicals as under:
