Extension of time to file response to the Questionnaire/ Make submissions
Ref: Anti Dumping investigation concerning imports of Naphthalene in both its forms crude Naphthalene (HS Code 27074000) and Refined Naphthalene (HS Code 29029040)- Vide DGAD Notification No.14/35/2015-DGAD dated 1 st June 2016

Dear Members,
This is in continuation of our circular dated 20 th June 2016 informing you about the Initiation of Anti-Dumping investigation concerning imports of “Naphthalene in both its forms” i.e. Crude Naphthalene (HS Code 27074000) originating in or exported from China PR, European Union, Russia, Iran, and Japan, and Refined Naphthalene (HS Code 29029040) originating in or exported from China PR, European Union and Taiwan w.e.f 1 st June 2016.
Kindly note, that the Directorate General of Anti-Dumping & Allied Duties (DGAD), New Delhihas now extended the dead-line of filing responses to the questionnaire/making submission to 5 th August 2016. Members are requested to take note of this extension and may do the needful.
We would also like to update you that the Council has already made its submission to the Ministry/ Designated Authority along-with the representations received from the member-exporters. In case of further developments, we shall update you.
