Dear Sir/Madam,

As you are aware, India had agreed to join Australia Group. This group monitors the export licensing regime in respect of 64 chemicals out of 39 chemicals are included in CWC and rest 25 are part of AG.

2. Diethylamine has been included in the AG Group in April 2015 as  the 64 th precursor/chemicals , however, it is not listed under Chemical Weapons Convention.

List of Non-Listed 25 AG Chemicals  under CWC is attached herewith for your perusal.

You are requested to give your suggestions to formulate the licensing regime  for 25 chemicals of AG Group which are not listed in the CWC.

Members are therefore requested to send their inputs at the earliest on our email id’s deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in; balani.lic@chemexcil.gov.in . Your early inputs on the same will enable us forward to the Ministry for further deliberations.
