We have received intimation from the O/o Additional DGFT Mumbai that a Grievance Redressal Committee Meeting is scheduled at  their Mumbai office under the Chairpersonship of Additional DGFT, Mumbai on 15/12/2016.

The meeting timing/ venue  details are as follows:

• Timing:            3.00 PM
• Venue:            Conference Hall,  O/o  Additional Director General of Foreign Trade,                                                        2nd   Floor, Nishtha  Bhawan, 48, Sir Vithaldas Thackersey Marg,                                                            Churchgate, Mumbai – 400 020.

 

Members are kindly requested to avail this opportunity  of grievance redressal and  revert with their pending issues  (specially related  to O/o Addl DGFT Mumbai latest by 05/12/2016 on our  e-mail ids-  Deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in &  info@chemexcil.gov.in. 

 

Further, the pending issues should be forwarded in the attached  format provided by the  O/o Addl. DGFT, Mumbai along-with relevant details such as authorisation number, File nos etc.  Your early replies will enable us compile all the responses received and submit to O/o Addl. DGFT Mumbai within the deadline of 07/12/2016, so that they can examine the same before the meeting.
