Dear Members,

This is a reminder regarding Mandatory E-invoicing from 01.04.2022 for Registered Persons having turnover exceeding Rs.20 Crores.

You might be aware,  that with Effect From 1st April 2022, a registered person (other than a government department, a SEZ unit etc.), whose aggregate turnover in any preceding financial year from 2017-18 onwards exceeds twenty crore rupees shall be liable to prepare e-invoice in respect of supply of goods or services or both to a registered person (i.e. B2B transactions) or for exports as per Notification No. 13/2020- Central Tax dated 21st March, 2020 read with Notification No. 70/2020 -Central Tax dated 30.09.2020 and Notification No. 01/2022- Central Tax dated 24.02.2022.
