GST   FORM GSTR-9 and FORM GSTR-9A now available on common portal for filing of   Annual Return in GST for the year 2017-18

 

Dear Members,

 

As per updates on CBIC site and GST common portal,  FORM GSTR-9 and FORM GSTR-9A are  now available on the common portal to taxpayers for filing of Annual Return in GST for the year 2017-18.

 

As you might be aware, CBIC had earlier  issued Order No. 3/2018 - Central Tax dated 31/12/2018   so as to extend the due date for furnishing of annual returns in FORM GSTR-9, FORM GSTR-9A and reconciliation statement in FORM GSTR-9C for the FY 2017-2018 till 30.06.2019 (http://cbic.gov.in/resources//htdocs-cbec/gst/ROD_3%20of%202018_CT_English.pdf )

 

The proposed Return documents, as approved by competent authority, can now be downloaded from the Download section of the GST Portal. This is to enable various stakeholders in adapting their systems to make them compatible with the proposed return format and business processes.
