DGFT: Public Notice on extension of the last date for filing Annual RoDTEP Returns (ARR) for financial year 2023-24 regarding

Dear Sir/Madam
As you are aware that the ARR submission is mandatory for exporters who have received RoDTEP benefits of ?1 crore or more in FY 2023-24.
The office of Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued a Public Notice No. 24/2025-26 dated 3rd October 2025 on extension of the last date for filing Annual RoDTEP Returns (ARR) for financial year 2023-24.
The Annual RoDTEP Return (ARR) for FY 2023-24, originally due for online submission by 30th September 2025, has now been extended to 30th November 2025.

Exporters are advised to ensure timely submission of ARR to remain compliant and avoid any penalties.
