Dear Members,

We wish to bring to your attention an opportunity to enhance the India Chemical Export to EFTA countries: Switzerland, Norway & Iceland under the India-EFTA Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement (TEPA)

PLEASE NOTE: The India-EFTA TEPA was signed on 10th March 2024, and it will come into force from 1st October 2025.

The officials copy of the agreement is available on below link

Enclosed herewith is the Preliminary analysis received from Department on the trade opportunities presented by the TEPA focusing specifically on the EFTA countries: Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland for Chemical Chapter no. 28,29, 32,38, etc.
