The Council has received communication from Shri Vivek Chaudhary, Deputy Director, Trade Policy Division, Department of Commerce, MOC&I regarding   the forthcoming WTO Trade Policy Review (TPR) of China.

Kindly note that Trade Policy Review (TPR) is scheduled to be held on 20 th and 22 nd July at WTO, Geneva.   In this regard, we also attach WTO Secretariat Report and Country Report pertaining to  TPR of China for ready reference.

Since it is an important exercise, you are kindly requested revert with bilateral trade & investment  issues  pertaining to China which can be raised during the TPR of China.

Member-exporters may  send their inputs latest by 25 th June 2016 on our e-mail id’s-    deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in& balani.lic@chemexcil.gov.in .      Your timely feed-back will  be appreciated and will enable us submit to the MOC within the timeline of 27 th June 2016.
