We take pleasure in informing you that Council is organizing India Pavilion at ATEM FAIR 2025/ K-CAF Expo, 17th Korea Adhesive and Coating and Film Expo from 2 - 4th July, 2025, At Kintex Exhibition Hall, Seoul, South Korea.
K-CAF 2025 is hosted by Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy, organized by Korea Adhesive Coating Association, Nano Technology Research Association and All about adhesive. The Expo is supported by Korea Importers Association, Korea Petrochemical Industry Association, Vietnam Paint and Printing link Association and The Korea Surface Finishing Master Group.

 
ATEM FAIR 2025/ K-CAF is scheduled to take place from the 2nd to the 4th of July 2025 at KINTEX Exhibition Hall. Korea’s Largest Adhesive Coating Film Exhibition, K-CAF 2025 is the largest adhesive coating film exhibition in Korea with participation of High-Quality Buyers from Japan, the United States, Germany, Korea etc and 61% of the visitors are decision makers.

 
The Expo also acts as Platform for Business to meet each other meeting to discover global buyers and may also host a Global Network Reception with Exhibitors and Buyers K-CAF 2025 also attracts domestic and foreign leading companies in research institutes with high-performance material, devices, components and systems for each industrial field, from raw material related to fusion complex processing technology and manufacturing equipment.

 
Professional buyers and industry insiders from different countries and regions will be present to seek new opportunities for cooperation and to get information of updated Industry trends. Exhibitors will showcase their new products and novel technologies under one roof, allowing visitors to be inspired by the industry's latest trends.

It will also help you to meet, communicate, exchange ideas, experience, get inspiration and develop your business in a favourable environment.

STALL/SPACE CANCELLATION

 
No refund in case of following conditions

·         Any cancellation from Participating Indian company
·         If payment is processed to respective vendors by council
·         If the organizer changes the floor plan/space at the last moment.

PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

 MAI Grant

·         The event is proposed to be covered under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India for the year 2025-2026.
·         Company with export turnover “NIL” is not entitled to get any MAI grant.
·         MAI grant in terms of stall charges and Airfare will be available only to eligible 18 no. of exhibitors on a first come (Payment) first served (Allocation) basis.
·         The subsidized stall/space charges will be reimbursed only after approval of the event under the MAI scheme by the Dept. of Commerce, Govt. of India.
·         Currently the approval for this event under the MAI scheme of Department of Commerce is under process.

·         The amount of subsidy will be informed to members/reimbursed only after approval and receipt of funds from Dept. of Commerce, Govt. of India.
·         Eligible members will get the grant in aid charges for a maximum area of 9 sq. mt. (Even though they book a bigger stall size, extra space can be given and will be charged on actual cost)

Air fare/stall subsidy

·         Companies that have participated three times in past in this event will not be eligible for subsidized stall rates/reimbursement of airfare.
·         Companies who participated in three events through CHEMEXCIL in the same financial year (2025-2026) under the MAI scheme will not be eligible for any MAI grant.
·         Reimbursement of airfare (is only eligible for economy class) to exporting companies (Exhibiting Companies) with an f.o.b. value of exports below Rs. 50 crore in the preceding financial year (2024-25).
·         Members should have completed 12 months of Membership of the council
·         Reimbursement of airfare to the companies having nil exports/ start-ups/ new exporters may be allowed up to 10% of the total number of participants, subject to the following conditions:
a)      The amount of airfare reimbursable will be 50% of the economy fare, subject to market-wise ceilings prescribed in the Scheme guidelines,
b)      The exporter has been active in the domestic market and has at least annual turnover of ?50.00 lakh in the preceding financial year.
·         Regularly filing Export returns with the council
·         Airfare will be permissible only to the regular Director / Partner/Proprietor or a regular officer of the company in a senior managerial position.
·         Air fare Claim forms duly filled in and complete in all respects must be submitted to the council within 45 days (counted from last date of the event- i.e. on or before 28th August, 2025). If not submitted, airfare will not be reimbursed to those Member companies.
·         The Airfare Reimbursement will be done after the finalization of Accounts in the Ministry & Subject to receipt of funds from the Department.
 

GENERAL

·         A company having DEL STATUS (as per DGFT) is not eligible for participation under the MAI scheme.
·         Once the event is over exhibitors must submit the outcome report within 5 days. format will be provided by Chemexcil on-site or by email.

·         Chemexcil will issue a visa recommendation letter as soon as you complete and submit the payment details, please send us the scan copy of the passport photograph of the person along with his designation in the attached Excel form who is attending this event. It is mandatory to submit a scanned copy of the passport photo.

·        In case of a shortage of participation no. of exhibitors, the council will not participate in the exhibition hence before booking air tickets and hotel accommodation consult the council.

·         One Standard Stall (9 sq.mt.) only on a subsidized rate for one member exporter, for any additional stall requirement the charges applicable will be non-subsidized
·         Extra space/stall will be allocated only after allotment of Chemexcil pavilion after discussing with organizer.
