We take pleasure in informing you that Council is organizing India Pavilion at Beauty Istanbul 2024, Turkey  from 2nd – 4th October 2024 at Hall 8F, Istanbul Congress Center & Lutfi Kirdar & Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, Taksim-Istanbul-Turkey. CHEMEXCIL has already received in principle approval from the Ministry of MSME to organize Indian Pavilion in the aforesaid exhibition as per the MDA guidelines of IC scheme of Ministry of MSME.

Beauty Istanbul 2024 is the 5th International Exhibition for Cosmetics, Beauty, Hair, Home Care, Private Label, Packaging and Ingredients &  the largest professional B2B beauty platform in Turkey. You can maximize your business through networking and matchmaking programs and listen to the opinions of beauty experts with various topics, learn more about the latest solutions through professional seminar programs.

It will also help you to meet, communicate, exchange ideas, experience, get inspiration and develop your business in a favourable environment.

You may be aware; Turkey has emerged as one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of Cosmetics and Beauty Products in the world. Keeping that in mind, CHEMEXCIL is participating in Beauty Istanbul 2024 in cooperation with Embassy of India and the relevant Turkish Cosmetics Industry Association to benefit our participants on regulatory and market information.

India Pavilion: Council offers Built up booths of 9 sq. meters each in India Pavilion, details of which is as follows:

Large Scale companies are welcome to reserve the stand in the India pavilion and participate, but the subsidy will not be applicable to them.

Financial Assistance under MSME Ministry 

(Reimbursed post event details provided below with this Circular):

·         Selection of the participating units shall be based on eligibility score card prescribed under the revised IC scheme of Ministry of MSME (enclosed). An MSME unit scoring less than 60 percent marks will not be eligible for availing the benefits under the scheme.

·         Submission of Udyam Registration Certificate is mandatory to participate in said event. (Only manufacturer units are allowed to participate)

·         MDA assistance in terms of Airfare, Stall charges will be available only to 15 eligible MSME exhibitors on first come (payment) first serve (allocation) basis.

·         The MSME Units must attend the event for the whole duration of the event. Non-compliance of the condition will attract forfeiture of the claim for reimbursement.

·         Booth Cost Reimbursement up to Rs. 3 lakhs for MSME Category company only. Submission of Stall Photos is must to entitle for reimbursement of Stall Subsidy.

·         The Cheapest Economy Class Airfare (1 person from 1 Exhibitor) for MSME Category only, subject to a maximum of Rs.1.50 lakh or actual fare paid, whichever is lower (for one MSME unit) subject to following condition i.e. Journey/Stay should be within a span of 30 days including the period of event and the applicant delegate is strictly advised to take the Direct/Shortest route (whichever is cheaper) for to and fro journey.  Copy of e-ticket complete in all respect with fare information on e-ticket for air travel is mandatory to entitle for reimbursement of airfare.

·         Invoice from Travel Agent should include actual Airfare and the delegates are required to travel by the shortest route and lowest. (Visa Charges, Insurance & Hotel Charges are not reimbursed under the said IC Scheme.) 

·         Submission of Original Boarding Pass is must to entitle for reimbursement of airfare. In case of non-availability of original boarding pass for reasons to be conveyed in writing, a certificate from the airlines stating that the journey has been undertaken will be acceptable.

·         Submission of Feedback Form is must to entitle for reimbursement of Claim.

·         Companies who have already availed benefits under the scheme for 2 times in a subject financial year shall not be eligible to any assistance.

GENERAL GUILDELINES:

1.           Participating companies will be required to submit the mandatory feedback form as provided by the council
2.           In case of shortage in minimum no. of exhibitors (as per the scheme), council will not participate in the exhibition. Member companies are requested to consult the council before securing their travel arrangements.
3.           The council is not entitled to reimburse any amount in case of cancellation by the participating Indian Company or any last-minute changes in the floor plan by the organizer.
4.           Participation charges will only be reimbursed in case the council withdraws to participate in subject event for any unforeseen circumstances.
5.           The Reimbursement of the above benefits is subjected to the approval and submission of the requested documents in original post event and receipt of funds from Ministry of MSME.

Member companies interested to participate in the event and avail MDA assistance are requested to send their full payment confirmation on jenny@chemexcil.in & shobha@chemexcil.in latest by 31st July, 2024. The stalls will be allocated on first come (Payment) first serve (Confirmation) basis.
