We thank you for your valuable support during last year’s LAC (Latin American Countries) exhibition which was at WTC Mexico City.
This year (2016) Chemexcil is organizing an Indian Chemical & Cosmetics Exhibition in Buenos Aires Argentina, with Trade Delegation (Buyer Seller Meet) at Sao Paulo, Brazil and Santiago, Chile.
This exhibition and delegation will enable our exporters to interact and strengthen their existing relations with their buyers.

Venue for BSM in Brazil would be communicated as soon as we finish our negotiations.
Please note the following

Those who would like to join this exhibition/ BSM is eligible to get reimbursement of travel expenses by air (Actual or maximum of Rs.100,000/- whichever is less) and Stall Charges of Rs. 1,50,000/- under Market Development Assistance scheme (Total Benefit 2,50,000/-). No refund will paid of the amount paid towards the BSM since Administrative Charges.

Kindly note that reimbursement of Air Fare by economy class subject to average fare claim by other participants or Rs.1,00,000/- whichever is lower. Airfare for reimbursement will be considered only during the period of exhibition/BSM and place of the event.

The firm should be a member of the Council at least for a period of 12 months.

The export of the firm in immediate preceding year should not be more than 30 crores, Even if there are no exports, the participants are eligible for MDA. However, the companies whose export turnover is more than 30 crores can participate in the event but will not be eligible to get MDA benefit.

Participant should submit export returns regularly to the Council.

Please note that the firm can avail only one MDA at time in a financial year, under the Focus LAC Region

The firm should register the tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting application (attached herewith) where date of receipt of application by the Council and date of departure is not considered for counting 14 days.

Since there are limited stalls, the stalls will be allocated on first come first serve basis after receipt of full payment.
In case of any reason of cancellation from members stall charges will not be reimbursed.
