As we all know that the because of COVID-19 pandemic there were restriction on overseas travel which resulted in cancellation of many trade promotional events across the globe.

Hence Chemexcil decided to move ahead and shift our focus from participating in physical exhibitions to virtual shows to connect with overseas buyers and build long term business engagements. Accordingly council organised 2-Virtual Events Viz.  Bangladesh, Vietnam and participated in one event i.e. Interdye China.

It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that after successful completion of above events, CHEMEXCIL has decided to organize this Virtual Exhibtion with the importers from Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria, South Africa & Ethiopia on 23rd – 26th February, 2021 with active support of respective Embassy of India and High Commission of India and Consulate General Of India in these cities.

Seeking an overwhelming response received from our member exporters and African trading community during our past events in Africa, we are willing to organize Buyer Seller Meet virtually for our member exporters with buyers of Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria, South Africa, & Ethiopia under MAI scheme of Department of Commerce & Industry Government of India in the month of February-2021 for 4-days instead of the physical event.

• Charges mentioned above are subsidized rate under MAI scheme of DOC.
• Demo will be arranged to confirmed participants of the event.
• Only 40 booths are available, stalls will be allocated strictly on a “First come first served” basis after receipt of full payment.
• Last date of remitting the participation charges will be 31^st January-2021.
• Scan copy of NEFT/ RTGS details to be sent to shobitha.admin@chemexcil.gov.in /rd.ahd@chemexcil.gov.in /roahmedabad@chemexcil.gov.in stating the name of your company.

CANCELLATION POLICY:-

• In case of any reason of cancellation from members, NO REFUND will be processed to respective Company/Member. If the event is cancelled by Chemexcil then full amount will be refunded to the participants.
