originating in or exported from China PR: Regarding
 

 

Dear Sir/Madam

 

CHEMEXCIL is in receipt of communication from Directorate General of Trade Remedies, Dept. of Commerce informing on anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of "Isopropyl Alcohol" (IPA) originating in or exported from China PR initiated by the Designated Authority constituted under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 to investigate into the existence, degree and effect of alleged dumping.

 

In this regard, concerned members are requested to go through the following attachment documents

 

  1. Letter to Importers issued by Joint Director DGTR (File No. 6/09/2023-DGTR)

  2. ECONOMIC INTEREST QUESTIONNAIRE

  3. Petition filed (APPLICATION OF ANTI-DUMPING DUTY)  by applicant company

 

The inputs with respect to following to be shared on adg14-dgtr@gov.in , dd11-dgtr@gov.in , adv13-dgtr@gov.in , and dd16-dgtr@gov.in on or before the deadline mentioned below.

 

  1. The claims of confidentiality within 7 days from the date of letter File No. 6/09/2023-DGTR dated 28th November 2023.

  2.  

  3. The scope of the product under consideration, if any, and propose product control numbers (PCNs), if any, within 15 days from the date of letter File No. 6/09/2023-DGTR dated 28th November 2023

  4.  

  5. The questionnaire response within 30 days from the date of letter File No. 6/09/2023-DGTR dated 28th November 2023

 

It is also requested that the interested party may visit the website of DGTR regularly for any updates.
