Dear Members,

CHEMEXCIL is in receipt of communication from Department on above subject.  Hon’ble Commerce and Industry Minister (HCIM) will be visiting Japan from 12th-14th May 2025 in connection with the Osaka Expo and bilateral business/investment meetings.

These business/investment-related engagements will take place from 13th – 14th May 2025 in Tokyo, Japan. A high-level Government and business delegation from all sectors will accompany the Hon’ble Minister during this visit.

In this regard, the Department has suggested CHEMEXCIL to identify major Indian Chemical Exporters who are interested in joining the delegation particularly those with a strong potential to expand their Chemical business in the Japanese market.

Kindly note there is no Market Access Initiative or special funding available for this visit. Members have born their own expenses for this visit. CHEMEXCIL shall help to facilitate the Visa procedure of interested members.
In view of above we request interested member exporters to be a part of this important delegation and explore new opportunities in Japan. It is a good opportunity to showcase your company, network with Japanese counterparts, and strengthen trade relations of your company.
