Invitation to Participate in India–Mali Virtual Buyer–Seller Meet (VBSM) to be held on 6th April 2026

Dear Members,
CHEMEXCIL in collaboration with the Embassy of India in Bamako, Mali, is organising a Virtual Buyer–Seller Meet (VBSM) for the chemical sector with companies and stakeholders from Mali on 6th April 2026.
This initiative is aimed at promoting exports of basic chemicals, dyes, agrochemicals, cosmetics and allied products from India to Mali and strengthening trade engagement between companies from both countries.
The event will provide an opportunity for Indian exporters to showcase their products, interact directly with potential buyers, distributors and importers from Mali, and explore new business partnerships in the West African market.

Participation Fee: NIL but Prior registration is mandatory

Due to limited time slot availability, only limited number of member companies will be shortlisted for presentations based on sector relevance and company profile, subject to approval from the Embassy of India in Bamako, Mali.
Selected Indian companies will have the opportunity to introduce their company and product portfolio through brief presentations, followed by interactive discussions with Malian participants.
Participation Guidelines
• Participation is open exclusively to CHEMEXCIL members
• Members must ensure that their membership subscription is up to date and RCMC is valid
• Companies should have a clear DEL status (as per DGFT records) to participate
• Final participation will be confirmed after review by CHEMEXCIL
Interested members are requested to send their confirmation to Ms. Mona Shah at roahmedabad@chemexcil.in (Mobile: +91 9909908018) on or before 25 March 2026, to facilitate coordination with the Embassy of India in Bamako and participating companies from Mali.
This initiative forms part of CHEMEXCIL’s on going efforts to support member exporters in accessing new markets and strengthening India’s export presence in emerging global destinations.
