Dear Members,
As you are aware, every year Council is submitting proposals for overseas trade promotional events to be organized under MAI Scheme to Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India.
This year also Council is willing to propose below events Proposals for the year 2021-22. List of proposed events is mentioned in the feedback link.
However, since last couple of years, it is observed that our sanctioned events are getting cancelled due to poor response from member exporters to participate in a particular event.
In view of the above, to avoid the last minute cancellation of events, we request members to send their feedback by clicking below link. This link is open for submission of response till 15th Feb-2021 at 1.00am. Hence submit your response before this deadline.

This will enable us finalize the events for the year 2021-22 and get it sanctioned from Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India.
Approval of these events is subject to minimum participation as indicated in the table.
As per current MAI Guideline the criteria for participation & reimbursement of Airfare In particular event is as under

A company which has participated THRICE in a particular past event will not be eligible for subsidized stall rates & reimbursement of airfare. In such conditions, if the company wants to participate in a particular event will have to pay the full cost of stall and will not be eligible for reimbursement of airfare.

A company which has participated in any TWO events of the council in the same financial year under MAI scheme through CHEMEXCIL will not be eligible for subsidized stall rates & reimbursement of airfare. In such conditions, if the company wants to participate in a particular event will have to pay the full cost of stall and will not be eligible for reimbursement of airfare.

The participating company should be a Member of the Council at least for a period of 12 Months, for claiming airfare.

Only Director / Partner / Proprietor of the company are eligible to get the airfare reimbursement.

Export turnover of the participating company in the immediate preceding year should not be more than Rs. 30 Crores. In case the turnover is more than 30 crores then members will not get the reimbursement of airfare. But the company can participate with subsidized stall rate.

Company having NIL exports for previous financial is not eligible for subsidies rates of stalls & reimbursement of airfare.

The participating company should submit export returns to the Council regularly.
