Issues for PTFC meeting scheduled to be held on 27/12/2018 at JNCH

Dear Members,
The council has received communication from the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Appraising Main(Import), JNCH informing us that the O/o Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai Customs Zone-II has fixed the next PTFC meeting on 27/12/2018 at JNCH.
This meeting is usually organised on the appointed day at around 11.00 am on the 7th Floor, PUB, JNCH.
Members are therefore requested to send JNCH specific import/ export issues faced, if any, latest by 19/12/2018 on e-mail id’s ed@chemexcil.gov.in, deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in & kalpana.acct@chemexcil.gov.in .
Further, members who provide inputs are requested to also confirm availability of their senior personnel, if needed, for attending the meeting in JNCH so that in case of further queries by customs officers, the representative can provide the information.
Your timely replies shall be appreciated and enable us collate and forward to JNCH for examination by the deadline of 20/12/2018.
