Dear Members,
We have received intimation from Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals (DCPC) seeking Inputs w.r.t. change in Product Specific Rules (PSR) in the context of Rules of Origin.
We understand that negotiations for the review of Korea India Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IK-CEPA) are scheduled .
In view of above, Chemexcil has been requested to provide inputs w.r.t. change in product specific rules in the context of Rules of Origin for IK-CEPA. Inputs are required on specific chemical and petrochemical related tariff lines.
Members are requested to revert with their inputs, if any, on PSR’s with details, latest by 13th Dec 2021.
