Launch of the Voluntary Code of Conduct (VCC) for
Precursor Chemicals and Regulated Substances,
31st August 2026 at Mumbai

Dear Member,
We wish to inform you that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Mumbai Zonal Unit, is organizing the Launch of the Voluntary Code of Conduct (VCC) for Precursor Chemicals and Regulated Substances on 31st August, 2026 at the Scitech Centre, 7, Prabhat Nagar, Jogeshwari (West), Mumbai – 400102.
The programme will bring together representatives from industry associations, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturers, exporters, importers, regulatory authorities and enforcement agencies to discuss collaborative measures for preventing diversion of precursor chemicals and implementation of a voluntary code of conduct.
The event is proposed to be attended by senior officers of the Narcotics Control Bureau and representatives from industry associations.
