Dear Members

The Council will be conducting elections for the position of Vice-Chairperson in the Committee of Administration for the term 2025–27.

In accordance with the directions of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, Shri Amit Sharma, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, has been appointed as the Election Authority (Returning Officer) to oversee the elections of the Committee of Administration of Basic Chemicals, Cosmetics & Dyes Export Promotion Council (CHEMEXCIL), as per the Bye-Laws of the Council.

A detailed circular signed by Shri Amit Sharma, along with the proposed list of eligible candidates and the electoral roll/voters’ list, has been uploaded on the DGFT website (http://www.dgft.gov.in) as well as on the CHEMEXCIL website (https://chemexcil.in). The same is also enclosed herewith for your reference.

Eligible and interested members are requested to submit their “Nomination for Election for CHEMEXCIL Vice-Chairperson 2025-27” either by hand delivery, Registered Post, or Speed Post addressed to-
