Notice of the 63rd Annual General Meeting along with

Annual Report for the year 2025-26

Dear Sir/Madam,

Notice is hereby given that the 63rd Annual General Meeting of the BASIC CHEMICALS, COSMETICS AND DYES EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL (CHEMEXCIL), Mumbai will be held on Thursday the 24th  September, 2026 at 11.30 am through Audio/Visual Conferencing via https://meet.google.com/rzw-yxbh-ask to transact the following business:

1. Chairman’s address

2. To receive, consider and adopt

a)      Annual Report of the Working Committee for the year ended as on 31March,2026.

b)     The Audited Income and Expenditure Accounts for the year ended as on 31 March, 2026.

c)      Balance Sheet as on 31March, 2026.

3. To place on record the names of the Committee Members under Para 31.3 (d)

4. To appoint and fix the remuneration of the Auditors as required under Para 31.3 (e)

Notes:

  1. Since this Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is being conducted through Video Conferencing (“VC”) and Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”), pursuant to the MCA Circular issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) the requirement for physical attendance of Members has been dispensed with. Accordingly, the facility for appointment of proxies by Members will not be available for this AGM.
  2. Members are requested to:

                                     I.            Write to the Council at least 7 days before the date of the meeting, in case they desire any information as regards the Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 31March 2026, so as to enable the Council to keep the information ready.

                                     II.            Intimate to the Council immediately, about any change in their addresses.

                                   III.           Quote Registered Membership Number in all the correspondence.

  1. All documents referred to in the notice will be available for inspection at the Registered Office of the Council during the business hours on any working day between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. upto the date of the AGM.
  2. All other statutory documents will be available for inspection by the members at the AGM.
  3. The soft copy of the 63rd Annual Report of the Council for the year ending 31 March 2026 is uploaded on the Council’s website (https://chemexcil.in) which is approved in the meeting of the Committee of Administration of the Council on 08 September, 2026.
