Dear Sir / Madam, 

 

As you may be aware, the Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals (DCPC) has been identified as the Nodal Department for implementing the provisions of the above Order for Chemicals and petrochemicals sector for giving preference to local suppliers in public procurement. DCPC has already identified 28 products in which there is sufficient capacity and local competition and the procurement of these items is to be made from local suppliers.

 

DCPC Notification dated 1st June 2020 and DPIIT Order dated 16th September 2020 on the subject are attached herewith for your information.

 

In order to identify more products which can be added to the list, all the members / producers are requested to furnish the details in the following format (in respect of those products which have at least 3 producers/suppliers) to enable us to inform the DCPC accordingly for their consideration:-
