Dear Members,

The Council has received communication from the Ministry of Finance regarding suggestions from the Industry and Trade Association for Budget 2015-16 regarding   Changes in direct and indirect taxes.

Members are requested to follow the guidelines specified in the attached communication dated 27th October, 2014 received from the Ministry of Finance.

We shall be grateful for your suggestions/proposals in this regard and look forward to receiving the same latest 7th November, 2014 on our e-mail ids: Deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in & balani.lic@chemexcil.gov.in
The responses received shall be collated and forwarded to the Ministry for consideration within the stipulated dead-line.
