As we approach the end of the financial year 2022-23, we are excited to invite you to renew your Chemexcil membership and continue to be part of us.
As a member, you have had access to a wide range of export benefits, including MAI on our events, reimbursement of statutory compliance fees for overseas product registration, and other export benefits.
Renewing your membership is simple.
You can renew Chemexcil membership online as per following procedure.
1. Visit https://www.dgft.gov.in/CP/
2. Click on Services
3. Under services Click on option of E-RCMC
4. Click to Services under e-RCMC
5. Explore the desired options of services under e-RCMC (Any one) such as
a. Apply for E-RCMC
b. Renewal of RCMC
c. Amendment of RCMC
d. Revoke Suspension of RCMC
6. Select BASIC CHEMICALS COSMETICS & DYES EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL (CHEMEXCIL) for issuing E-RCMC
7. Login using user id and password and follow the procedure.
8. Start fresh application or renew RCMC & follow the procedure
9. If login details are not available then click register.
10. Before proceeding for application kindly note the below set of documents for upload

11. Please note the following while uploading above documents
· Only 5 attachments are allowed to upload
· Size of each document must not be more than of 5MB
· Format of document would be pdf or JPG files
· Hence you can merge 3-4 documents in one PDF or JPG file and then upload the same on website

Kindly note that the Membership fees of financial year 2023-24 will be based on C.A. certified export turnover of 2021-22. Companies needs to upload the CA certified copy (on C.A. letterhead) on while applying online on DGFT portal
