Request for Inputs on Non-Tariff Measures Affecting Exports

Dear Members,
CHEMEXCIL has received communication from the Department of Commerce regarding the upcoming WTO Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) Committee Meeting, scheduled for late March 2025.
In preparation for this, meetings of the Core Committee are being convened to identify key challenges and formulate discussion points for the WTO TBT Committee.
In view of above, we request our members to share their inputs on any non-tariff measures (NTMs) affecting exports, which can be taken up for discussion in the Core Committee.
Your inputs will help in representing industry concerns effectively at the upcoming WTO forum.
Members are therefore requested to send their inputs on amrita@chemexcil.in with copy to pw@chemexcil.in on or before 20th February 2025.
