Request to submit Inputs on Issues Related to Trade in South Asian region
|
Dear Member,
This is to inform that the FT(SA) Division, Department of Commerce, Government of India, has scheduled a meeting with Export Promotion Councils (EPCs), Missions, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), and the EP Division of DoC to discuss issues related to trade in South Asia.
In this regard, members are requested to kindly share specific issues, challenges, or suggestions related to trade with South Asian countries (including market access barriers, regulatory issues, logistics challenges, payment issues, etc.) pertaining to the chemical sector that may be taken up during the meeting.
Members may kindly send their inputs at the earliest, preferably by 19th March 2026 (forenoon) to enable CHEMEXCIL to compile and present the same to the Department of Commerce during the meeting.
You may send your inputs to ad.del@chemexcil.in with copy to dg@chemexcil.in and ed@chemexcil.in at the earliest so that the same can be compiled and presented during the meeting.
Your timely response will help the Council effectively represent industry concerns before the Government.
