This is regarding review of India-Malaysia Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (CECA). 

In this connection, the Council has received communication from Ministry of Commerce & Industry  informing about  India- Malaysia  2 nd Joint Commission meeting in January, 2016.    

To firm us the issues of discussion,  a stakeholder consultation meeting has been convened under the chairmanship of Shri Ravi Capoor, Joint Secretary, in Room No. 141, Udyog Bhawan on 7 th January, 2016 at 10.30 A.M.

Member-exporters  are therefore  requested to send feedback/suggestions  along-with data, cogent rationale and reasoning, cross referenced  to authoritative source.  Any reference to any product may be made with exact HS Code.

The inputs be mailed to us  latest by 4 th January 2016 on our e-mail id’s-     deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in & balani.lic@chemexcil.gov.in .  Your early inputs on the same will enable us deliberate during the consultation meeting on 7 th  January 2016.
