Dear Sir/Madam,

 

We thank you for your valuable support for our every year’s LAC (Latin American Countries) exhibition held in various cities of Latin American countries.

 

This year (2019) Chemexcil is organizing an Indian Chemical & Cosmetics Exhibition in Mexico, with Buyer Seller Meet at Lima, Peru and Sao Paulo, Brazil.

 

This exhibition and delegation will enable our exporters to interact and strengthen their existing relations with their buyers in LAC.

 

The purpose of trade exhibition is to promote India’s exports of Dyes and Dye Intermediates, Basic Inorganic & Organic Chemicals, including Agrochemicals, Soaps, Detergents, Cosmetics, toiletries & Essential Oils, Castor Oil and its derivatives and to create a positive brand image of Indian products.   This would also result into many more business opportunities, joint ventures and technology transfers.

 

Indian companies can tap the emerging opportunities in the areas of Dyes and Dye Intermediates, Basic Inorganic & Organic Chemicals, including Agrochemicals, Soaps, Detergents, Cosmetics, toiletries & Essential Oils, Castor Oil and its derivatives.

 

Indo-Latin American countries bilateral trade has been growing at a remarkably stable rate. The future bilateral trade and investment between India and Latin American countries is very bright.

With the help of Embassy of India in Mexico, Lima and Consulate General of India in Brazil it has decided to hold an Indian Chemical & Cosmetics Exhibition at Mexico & BSM at Brazil & Peru.

CHARGES:- (Non Refundable)

·            The Stall charges for 9 Sq.mt. Stall would be INR 1,15,000/- (One Lakh Fifteen Thousand only)

·            Corner Stall of 9sq.mt. would be INR 1,26,500/-(One Lakh Twenty Six Thousand Five Hundred only)

 

Above Stall cost includes

·            Octonorm Stall  2/ 3-side wall, fitted in standard booth system frame

·            Exhibitor name and sign.

·            1-Table & 2-chairs

·            Electric Supply

·            3-Spot lights (60W each)

Buyer Seller Meet Participation fees would be

·            For Lima, Peru     :- Rs. 30,000/-per company (Non Refundable)

·            For Sao Paulo, Brazil   :-Rs. 30,000/per company (Non Refundable)

 

Please note the following

 

REIMBURSEMENT OF AIRFARE :

 

1.        As per the Revised MAI guidelines of the Ministry, a company that has participated THRICE in a particular fair will not be eligible for reimbursement of airfare.

          

2.     Members who have participated in two exhibitions through CHEMEXCIL in the same financial year under MAI scheme will not be eligible for subsidized stall rates & reimbursement of airfare. In such eventuality, the company will have to pay the full cost of stall.

    

3.   Members who are having NIL exports for previous financial year than they are not eligible for refund of airfare if they participate in this event.

 

4.     The participating company should submit export returns to the Council regularly

 

5.    The participating company should be a Member of the Council at least for a period of 12 Months, for claiming airfare.

 

6.     As per the MAI guidelines only Director / Partner / Proprietor of the company are eligible to get the airfare reimbursement.

 

7.     Those who would like to join this exhibition/ BSM is eligible to get reimbursement of travel expenses by air (Actual or maximum of Rs.100,000/- whichever is less) No reimbursement for stall charges under Market Access Initiative The stall charges are already subsidized.

 

8.       The firm should be a member of the Council at least for a period of 12 months.

 

9.      Export turnover of the participating company in the immediate preceding year should not be more than Rs. 30  Crores. In case the turnover is more than 30 crores then members will not get the reimbursement of airfare.

 

10.    The Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MoC&I) has “in principle” approved the reimbursement of Airfare to the Member-Exporters participating in this event. The reimbursement will be done as per the terms and conditions laid down by the MoC&I under old MDA Scheme and after receipt of funds from the ministry.

 

11.   The reimbursement of Airfare will be made after finalization of accounts in Ministry and subject to receipt of funds from the Govt. of India.

13.   Chemexcil will issue visa recommendation letter as soon as you submit the payment and details of the passport as per the prescribed format given in this circular.

 

14. Please send your company profile in word format to suhas.bansode@chemexcil.gov.in <mailto:suhas.bansode@chemexcil.gov.in>  to print the catalogue of Chemexcil exhibitors and to send the same to telemarketing companies in respective countries.

 

15.     As per the directive of the Ministry of Commerce & Industries, it is mandatory to submit outcome report of the business generated after visiting the above delegation failing which MAI assistance in the next year edition may be refused and The participation in the next year edition would not be granted

 

16.    The firm should register the tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting application (attached herewith) where date of receipt of application by the Council and date of departure is not considered for counting 14 days.

 

17.     Chemexcil will issue visa recommendation letter as soon as receipt of payment and details of the passport as per he prescribed format.

 

18.        Terms of Payment:- 100% by cheque on the name of “CHEMEXCIL SBI  A/C NO.  10996680725”

 

19.       Below is the floor plan for your choice please choose and send you confirmation in writing with the scan copy of cheque.

 

20.       Since there are limited stalls, the stalls will be allocated on first come first serve basis after receipt of full payment.

 

21.        CANCELLATION POLICY

     In case of any reason of cancellation from members stall charges or BSM participation charges will not be refunded to respective company/Member

         If council made payment to vendors and because of unavoidable circumstances, natural calamities the event is cancelled then the stall charges, BSM participation charges will not be refunded to companies.

 

22.    The approval on Indian Chemical & Cosmetics Exhibition to be held in Mexico City is awaited from  MoC. If council fails to generate desired no. of participants for the entire event, than these events may be cancelled or postponed, hence before booking your hotels and air tickets please consult  Chemexcil.
