Letters to Export Promotion Councils/ Trade  Bodies requesting to provide views/

suggestion and data for determination of ceiling rates for RoDTEP for AA/EoU/SEZ

exports and relating to errors or anomalies in rates

Dear Members,

As you are aware,  Drawback Division has issued  letters dated 28.10.2021 on the above subject vide which Export Promotion Councils/ Commodity Boards/ Trade and Industry Associations/ Chambers of Commerce were requested to provide data w.r.t. inputs used in the respective export products in the specified Pro-forma (Annexure B) enclosed with the said letters.  The council has also sent circulars in Nov 2021 and also received few responses.

In continuation of the same,  RoDTEP Committee has desired that while submitting data (under S. No. 18 C) in Annexure B, value should also be provided along with quantity of input used in the manufacture of per unit of export product.

In this regard, letters dated 16.12.2021 along-with revised Annexure B is enclosed for reference.

Members are requested to take note of this   DBK  letter   dated 16.12.2021  regarding  revised format for  data for RoDTEP for AA/ EOU units and in case related to relating to errors or anomalies in rates.

Relevant members are once again requested to check and submit responses  in revised specified formats (complete in all respects) at the earliest to the council on e-mail id’s:  dg@chemexcil.in, pw@chemexcil.in  & rodelhi@chemexcil.in .     The hard copies of the submission may also  be sent to  our Mumbai Office  for submission to DBK Dept in physical form also.

In case you have already submitted RoDTEP data certified by CA, then please provide the  input price information  as in Annexure B by mail/ excel sheet.
