Council would like to bring to the kind notice of all members that in the 56th Annual General Meeting of the council dated 26th September 2019 it has been agreed and approved to streamline the membership fees as per other export promotion council criteria on export turnover in order to bring the uniformity.
Accordingly council has decided to charge the membership fees on export turnover of the company.
Details of the revised membership fees and entrance fees is as under

PLEASE NOTE
-
Start-ups and New entrance MSME’s having export turnover Zero shall be charge Rs.1000/- , in addition to ‘One Time’ Entrance Fee of Rs. 500/- with applicable GST. However, for the sake of clarity, from next year onwards at the time of renewal of membership, the Membership will be charged as per their Export Turnover of the company (as per above table).

It is mandatory for every member to submit the CA certified export turnover of last 3-years of the company.

MEMBERSHIP OUTSTANDING: - The Member Exporters who have not yet paid their Membership Subscription from 1 year, 2 year and 3-years (Year 2017-18, Year 2018-19, Year2019-20) shall be charged as per old rates up to 31st March-2020

VALIDITY OF MEMBERSHIP:-Membership subscription is charged once in a year and its validity expires on 31st March every year.

RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP:-Members can renew their membership from 1st April onwards.
6. Tax Invoice: - Member Exporters will get the Tax Invoice and Receipt only after the payment of Membership Subscription. For payment processing council shall issue proforma invoice after receipt of CA certified export turnover certificate
7. Terms of Payment:
a. 100% advance at the time of issuing membership.
b. Payment to be processed by Cheque or demand draft drawn in favor of "Chemexcil SBI A/c no -10996680736" payable at Mumbai.

8. Cancellation of membership: In case of any reasons of cancellation of membership by member or chemexcil payment of membership fees will not be refunded.
9. After receiving the application with supporting documents in all respect, membership and Registration-cum-Membership certificate will be issued within 2 day working days.
10. RCMC and Membership certificate will be issued online.
