Greetings from CHEMEXCIL!
Council is in receipt of communication from The Embassy of India in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia informing that the African Union Commission (Department of Economic Development, Trade, Industry and Mining), the African Development Bank (AfDB), the African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda are co-organizing the Second INTRA-AFRICAN TRADE FAIR (IATF) from 8th -14th December 2021 in Kigali, Rwanda.

IATF will provide a platform that will allow trade under the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA).

It will serve as a marketplace that will bring together continental and global buyers and sellers.

It will enable stakeholders to share trade, investment and market information as well as trade finance and trade facilitation solutions designed to support intra African trade and African economic integration.

In addition to establishing a business-to-business and business-to government exchange platform for business deals and advisory services.
The IATF2021 is targeting US$ 40 billion in trade and investment deals, and will be attended by 10,000 visitors and buyers, 1100 exhibitors from over 55 countries from Africa and abroad.
