Sector-wise Awareness Programme on India-UK CETA (FTA) from
9th to 17th September 2026

Dear Member,
CHEMEXCIL is pleased to inform its members that the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, District Industries Centre (DIC), Thane has shared details regarding a series of Sector-wise Awareness Programmes on the India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) / Free Trade Agreement (FTA).
The India-UK CETA is expected to provide enhanced market access and create new opportunities for Indian exporters by reducing trade barriers and strengthening economic cooperation between India and the United Kingdom.
To create greater awareness among the industry and exporters, the Commissionerate of Industries, Industries, Investment and Services Department, Government of Maharashtra, is organizing sector-specific awareness sessions from 9th to 17th September 2026.
The programmes will be conducted in virtual mode.
