Dear Members,
In continuation of our circular dated 4 th July 2016, we are pleased to inform you that the Council is organising a one day seminar on “Customs Procedures for Export and Import" on 5 th August 2016 at Garware Club House, Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai
You will appreciate that t he custom procedures for Import and Export are quite complex as several rules/ notifications are applicable. Besides, the applicable notifications/ procedures also change from time to time. It is therefore essential for importer & exporters to have adequate knowledge of the same and remain updated with the latest notification/circulars related to import and exports.
The very objective of this seminar is to create awareness and educate the members on various aspects of the customs procedures which will be helpful while interacting with field officers/ CHA’s etc.
The Guest Speaker for the seminar would be Mr. Sudhakar Kasture, Consultant & Director, Helpline Impex Pvt Ltd who has in-depth knowledge of the subject. He shall cover following topics:
