Specific trade related issues faced by Agrochemicals exporters in Ukraine
(TB’s, Non-tariff measures, SPS).

Dear Members,
This has reference to our recent meeting with FT-CIS- DOC and Embassy of India, Kiev, Ukraine to discuss export related issues. During the meeting, we were informed that Ukraine is big exporter of Agriculture items, so the demand for Agrochemicals must be substantial.
However, exports of agrochemicals from India to Ukraine is not sizable. In this regard, council has also been requested to identify specific trade related issues faced by Agrochemical exporters in Ukraine.
Members are therefore requested to provide details of such SPS/TBT or any other trade related issues along with possible impact on our exports in Ukraine.
Your valuable inputs be sent to the council by 5th May-2021 on e-mail id’s deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in, pwdd@chemexcil.gov.in which will enable us submit to DoC for further deliberations.
