Stall booking at China Interdye 2020 exhibition to be held
from 8-10th April, 2020 at Shanghai, China

Dear Sir / Madam,
It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that after the successful participation in CHINA INTERDYE 2019 exhibition at Shanghai, China, the Council is once again organizing the INDIA PAVILION in CHINA INTERDYE 2020 which will be held from 8th – 10th April, 2020 at Shanghai, China. The Indian Pavilion will be organized in the HALL 1 of the exhibition. However, due to heavy demand of stalls, the Council has taken additional space in Hall 2 also.
In this regards, the Council would like to inform that the stall booking for CHEMEXCIL’s India Pavilion at China Interdye Exhibition 2020 will start soon, preferably in the 3rd week of November 2019. Further, please note that the companies who will book stall in 5th CAPINDIA exhibition will get preference in the stall booking at the China Interdye Exhibition 2020. The 5th CAPINDIA exhibition will be held from 2nd – 4th December 2019, at Bombay Exhibition Centre, NSE complex, Goregaon, Mumbai.

The detailed circular about the China Interdye exhibition along with the stall booking date and time will be informed in the 3rd week of November. The floor plan of the China Interdye Exhibition 2020 is attached herewith.
Kindly note the below important points:-
IMPORTANT NOTE:

The Council has submitted MAI budget proposal for the China Interdye Exhibition 2020 to the Ministry of Commerce but the approval is awaited from the Ministry.

The reimbursement of stall charges and airfare will be done only to the members who are found to be eligible as per the MAI eligibility conditions subject to finalization of accounts and sanction of funds from the Ministry.

If we do not get the requisite number of participation (50 participants as per MAI eligibility conditions) then the exhibition may have to be cancelled.
We are sure that both these Exhibitions would provide ample opportunities to the exporting community like you for meaningful interaction and concluding business deals, we look forward to your active participation in the same.
